教學目標：本課程主要介紹人們在組織中所展現之個體行為及團體行為，並使學生瞭解個體及團體在組織結構限制下之行為表現。期望學生透過課程的學習使其瞭解、預測及控制人或團體組織的行為，進而使學生對個人、團體與組織各層次「行為」有整體的觀念。
