教學目標：1.使學生了解晶體結構及面缺陷對材料特性之影響。
2.以熱力學的觀點切入，瞭解晶體中的點缺陷（空位）
3.瞭解退火對材料性質的影響
4.固溶體的形成、特性對應材料性質。
5.建構相(phase)的概念。
