教學目標：透過授課教師的理論講解與分組實驗實做，可使學生充分學習數種材料製備與分析技術，包括陶瓷粉漿製備、電泳沉積製程、陶瓷燒結、無電鍍鎳製程與熱處理/相變化分析、無電鍍鎳之機械/抗腐蝕性質分析、Ti合金的陽極處理、鈦氧化層表面形貌、膜厚、機械性質與腐蝕性質等。
