教學目標:The goal of this course aims to facilitate students to develop an understanding of the skills, abilities, and practical elements of employee development and performance improvement in organizations. 擬藉由業界專家引導學生,學習產業界如何藉由TTQS(Taiwan Training Quality System)的執行,成為規範組織中進行人力資源培訓的標準,與TTQS如何改善組織培訓的流程與為組織願景及營運計畫有所貢獻。學生能夠根據各組織願景、使命與價值,完成TTQS教育訓練體系之計畫、設計、執行、檢討與成果等階段制定訓練品質系統。
