教學目標：課程主要由管理觀點出發來探討電子商務概念，從基礎的歷史到架構以及各類型交易模式擴大到企業內網路、企業間網路以及電子付款和交易安全等。最後會提到電子商務行銷、策略及其在各業別之應用與影響。
