教學目標：建構學生對於化工分離原理與技術的知識與能力，除講授各種分離單元的原理外，亦介紹其在產業界的應用，同時要求學生以專題報告的方式共同討論特用化學品的分離技術，以俾提升學生對於分離技術相關原理與應用有更深入的認識與瞭解。
