Course Plan
教學目標:The world is inhabited by people with various backgrounds, which means different identities, cultures, values, languages, customs, ethnicities, genders, ways of thinking, patterns of behavior, and so forth, causing complication and even difficulties in communication. Rather than trying to teach specific rules or strategies for intercultural communication, the aim of this course is to enable learners to better understand both their own cultural patterns of behavior as well as those of people from different cultures. It is hoped that this course will enrich learners’ understanding of cross cultural communication and revitalize the correlation between self and others in today’s pluralistic society.
