教學目標：本課程主要介紹輸送現象與能量質量平衡應用在乾燥、蒸發、吸收、分餾、吸附、離子交換、萃取、瀝取、結晶、沉降、離心等單元操作分離程序。學習本課程可使同學了解化學工廠中應用何種基本原理與設備，且所習得之技巧亦可作為同學未來修讀各種專業選修課程的理論基礎。
