教學目標：講授有關火災現象學與火災動力學之機制，從基礎之燃燒學、爆炸工學、火災工學到應用之建築物火災、電氣火災、化學火災以及滅火藥劑的介紹。期許學生在修習完後，能對火災學有整全性之認識，並能推廣應用於其他環安衛生之進階領域之中。
