教學目標：It teaches the basic communication skills necessary for a career as a tour guide/escort, restaurant, hotel, travel information center or any travel related job. This course will allow student to function effectively in English. Emphasis is placed on relevant vocabularies, phrases & basic conversation used in a variety of different work situations in tourism industries, interpretation and complaint/problem solving/recommendation skills used in various travel operations.
