教學目標：課程概述與目標：藉由闡述德國歷史、文化、工藝、學制、食、衣、住、行等多面向知識，幫助學生了解並探究不同的文化與價值觀，培養理性思辨的知能。引導學生獨立思考、處理與運用訊息的能力。進行跨文化反思，尊重與悅納多元文化，培養國際視野與全球永續發展的世界觀。
