教學目標：課堂中會邀請六位業界教師給學生演講，讓學生瞭解到工程倫理及未來的工作方向，將寶貴的經驗與學生分享。課堂中也會請學生個別分享其大三工讀實習的經驗及所學，讓學生彼此能有所交流及成長，並在學生分享過程中給予分析與指導。
