課程安排
教學目標：We will introduce semiconductor materials properties, energy band, carrier transport, pm junction, diode properties, metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor(MOSFET). Besides, the deivce properties simulated by HSPICE will be introduce and implemented in this course.
