教學目標:1.使學生了解晶體結構及面缺陷對材料特性之影響。2.以熱力學的觀點切入,瞭解晶體中的點缺陷(空位)。3.瞭解退火對材料性質的影響。4.固溶體的形成、特性對應材料性質。5.建構相(phase)的概念。
