教學目標：This course is an introduction of various thin film growth and analysis technologies. The growth methods include the traditional CVD, PVD, MBE and ALD. Also, the exfoliation of 2D materials method will be demonstrated in the class. Furthermore, the scanning probe microscopy suck as AFM and STM will be introduced here for the exploring the surface property of thin film materials. Those theoretical and experimental knowledge of various topics will be helpful for the student’s future studies or works.
