教學目標:本課程將介紹有關微電子相關學門之基本課程,重點在於介紹:晶體結構、量子力學導論、固態量子理論導論、場與力與能帶。量子理論與半導體特性及基本電子元件之原理,為日後探討較深入之元件及電子材料研究時所必需。並將簡介半導體之製作技術及其元件之應用。
