課程安排

教學目標:The teaching objectives aim to cultivate students basic physical fitness, develop their physical functions, and enhance their adaptability. In addition to introducing various sports skills and imparting sports knowledge, the course also provides sports-related knowledge and information in the classroom, such as the historical origins and development of specific sports, analysis of techniques and competition strategies, theories of competitive physical fitness, competition systems and rules, analysis of international sports trends, and sports injuries. For the curriculum planning of physical education, in the first year of a four-year technical college program, the focus is on cultivating health and physical fitness, developing fundamental sports skills, and promoting comprehensive physical and mental development. In the second year of the program, the main objective is to cultivate exercise habits and enhance the enjoyment of sports, preparing students for a lifelong active and leisure lifestyle.
