教學目標：本課程將介紹奈米材料之電學、光學、化學和機械性質之探討，及不同種類的製程方法，內容亦包含材料分析方法，並針對目前熱門的奈米材料相關研究做介紹，使學生具備奈米材料相關知識及如何進行材料鑑定分析。
