教學目標：This curriculum is attempted to introduce the concepts, skills and applications of organization behavior, and meanwhile provide a systematic concept framework, build a basic understanding of the strategic management work for the students, to facilitate them to be able to apply the related concepts to practical work and learn how to engage in enterprise decision thinking from the angle of a high-level manager.
