教學目標:To provide students fundamental concepts of service management, both quantitative and qualitative, including topics as follows: the role of services in an economy, the nature of services, service strategy, new service development, technology in services, service quality etc. 1. Provide Students with theoretical knowledge of service management. 2. Provide Students with hand-on experience of dealing with business issues with the service paradigm.
