教學目標：課程的目標是讓學生熟悉基本的半導體物理與半導體材料知識，了解光電半導體材料的基礎理論與相關先進製程。探討光電半導體材料在太陽能電池、產氫技術、LED等應用領域的設計與挑戰。培養學生分析與合成光電材料相關應用問題的能力。
