Course Plan
教學目標:At the end of this course, students should be able to:
1. Explain the fundamental issues and challenges of production and operation management : process, prediction, supply chain, etc.
2. Analyze and compare the strengths and weaknesses of different prediction methods and selection of processes.
3. Understand the underlying supply and demand relationships, MRP, ERP, and aggregate planning.
4. Design a balanced production line and leveled production plan.
5. Form effective teamwork and Demonstrate effective communication in small group to complete activities designed during the course.
