教學目標:本課程以材料的電、光、熱、磁等物理特性為基礎,融入波動光學、量子物理及電子能帶理論等理解當今半導體領域發展十分重要之學理;並藉由介紹半導體元件的生產及應用以及調控材料結構-物性關聯等等題材,加強學生對物理知識的理解以及應用能力。
