教學目標：配合單元操作課程，從實驗印證書本所述各種單元操作理論的合理性與適用範圍。學習化工廠中各種單元操作原理與實作，是為化學工程師養成的基礎訓練，涵蓋流體力學、熱量、質量傳遞、粉粒體技術與程序模擬訓練四大部份。
