教學目標:"Commercial Negotiation" requires a fundamental understanding of the industry's current state, identifying key success factors and profitability, and ultimately identifying individual strengths and determining competitive advantage. This course aims to cultivate students' fundamental skills in commercial negotiation. In addition to introducing basic theories and tools, the course will also familiarize students with commercial negotiation methods through case studies and practical exercises.
