教學目標:This course aims to cultivate highly professional project managers. It provides comprehensive training in knowledge, skills, and attitudes to help students master project management.
For the knowledge aspect, students will learn the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to build a solid theoretical foundation. They will gain an in-depth understanding of the five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing) and the ten knowledge areas (Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholders).
For the skills aspect, students will participate in hands-on exercises covering processes, tools, and techniques. This will develop their abilities in project planning and execution, cross-functional team collaboration, and leadership and communication. These skills ensure students can effectively integrate resources and lead a team in real-world scenarios.
