教學目標：讓學生學習到各種奈米薄膜製造技術與表面處理技術(包含真空蒸鍍、電漿與離子束製程、化學氣相沈積(CVD)、物理氣象沈積(PVD)、磊晶技術）以及奈米薄膜特性分析與應用實例介紹。
