教學目標：本課程的主要目的在於介紹X光繞射原理及在料工程上的應用。課程內容如下：
X光特性、晶體幾何結構、X光繞射原理、勞厄繞射圖形、粉末繞射圖形、繞射儀器構造及原理、晶體結構分析、化學成份分析、殘留應力分析等。
