教學目標:本學期授課內容主要學習以熱力學的觀點瞭解晶體中的點缺陷(空位)、退火對材料性質的影響、固溶體的形成及特性、固溶體中置換型及格隙型原子擴散行為、成核與成長動力學及析出硬化等物理冶金觀念。
