教學目標：介紹各種微奈米製程技術以及產業上的應用，並介紹微奈米材料特性的分析工具，包含粒徑分析、微結構分析、相分析、與光譜分析等分析技術與其應用，並邀請四位產業界的專家蒞臨本校做專題演講與產業趨勢剖析，讓選修本課程同學了解微奈米製程技術在產業上的應用，並了解微奈米材料的材料特性與相關分析工具的原理與應用。
