教學目標：本課程讓同學在課程前半段掌握對真空、電漿以及薄膜生長等等沉積薄膜技術必備之基礎概念及理論，進而認識多種常見之鍍膜手段以及其工業應用；後半段則以專題方式給予同學實際操作的第一手經驗。
